​Seminar - Duration

​The duration of the seminar depends on the goals, the participants' prior knowledge, and especially the company's situation, which plays a central role in the duration of training seminars. 
A minimum duration of 1-2 days is recommended! 
In many cases, it may be useful to add an additional day after a break for reflection and gathering experience. 
Seminar duration is determined by:

  • Urgency of Success – When rapid results are required, intensive, compressed training sessions are often preferred. Long-term development programs, on the other hand, tend to be longer in duration.
  • Practical Relevance vs. Theory – Should the training primarily impart knowledge or directly solve acute operational challenges?
  • Theoretical training sessions can be shorter and supplemented with self-study material.
  • Practice-oriented training sessions take longer because they incorporate real problems from everyday work and develop solutions together.
